Welcome to Renu Fitness Club. By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership Terms

Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared.

Renu First memberships are non-transferable. All other memberships may be transferred for a $50 administrative fee with management approval.

Memberships are non-refundable. Prepaid memberships cannot be refunded for partial use but may be credited or transferred where eligible.

Members agree to comply with all posted gym rules, policies, and staff instructions to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
2. Guest Policy

We do not offer open drop-ins. Guests may only visit when accompanied by a current member and are subject to guest fees and waiver requirements.
3. Facility Use & Conduct

Renu Fitness Club is a women’s-only facility. Proof of identity may be required to confirm eligibility.

Members and guests must treat staff, equipment, and fellow members with respect. Any harassment, damage to property, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
4. Childcare Services

Childcare is offered for children aged 6 weeks to 11 years and must be booked in advance.

Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children while using childcare services.
5. Liability Waiver

By using the facilities, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and release Renu Fitness Club, its owners, and staff from liability for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss, except where prohibited by law.
6. Payment & Billing

Membership fees must be paid on time. Late or declined payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.

Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance, but members on contracted or “locked-in” rates will maintain those terms for the agreed period.
7. Digital Services

Members receive access to the Renu App, which includes workouts, booking features, and a members-only community. By using the app, you agree to follow its guidelines and respect other members online.
8. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is handled according to our [Privacy Policy] and will never be sold to third parties.
9. Changes to Terms

Renu Fitness Club may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
