Featuring Peloton Bikes, screen-mirroring treadmills and ellipticals, and premium stair climbers, the cardio lineup is designed to keep you motivated and connected. In the strength area, you’ll find top-of-the-line machines and a full range of high-quality free weights, perfect for all experience levels, from first-timers to heavy lifters.

Fitness Studio

From high-energy classes to low-impact movement, our studio offers a variety of workouts led by experienced local instructors. With 3–4 classes scheduled daily, members can join in when it fits their routine, and enjoy free access to the studio during all other hours for personal use, stretching, or self-led sessions.

Sauna & Steam

Unwind in our custom cedar sauna or rejuvenate in the commercial-grade steam showers. Designed to calm the nervous system, boost circulation, and support post-workout recovery, both spaces feature spa-inspired touches, including soothing essential oils to elevate your reset and leave you feeling refreshed from the inside out.

Renu Refuel

Our in-house smoothie and coffee bar is your go to for a post-workout recharge or mid day pick me up. Enjoy protein-packed blends, bold espressos, and wellness-focused drink options, all crafted with fresh ingredients and served in a space as cozy as it is convenient. Locker Room

Designed with comfort and care, our adult only locker rooms offer a calm, spa-inspired space to reset before or after your workout. Enjoy private showers, vanities, and secure storage, all wrapped in warm wood tones, soft lighting, and elevated finishes. With towels, hair tools, and everything you need to get ready, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sanitary products, hair tools, towels, we’ve thought of every detail, so you can transition from workout to wherever you’re headed with ease.
