Refund Policy

At Renu Fitness Club, we value your commitment to your health and wellness. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair while supporting the structure of our memberships and programs.

Memberships

• All memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

• Renu First memberships are non-transferable and locked to the original member. After year one Renu First members can cancel at anytime.

• Other memberships (Renu 365, Renu 180, Renu 90, and monthly plans) may be transferred for a $50 administrative fee with management approval.

• Prepaid memberships (90, 180, or 365 ) cannot be refunded for partial use but may be transferred or credited toward future services when eligible.

Drop-in Services & Childcare

• Guest drop-in passes and childcare bookings are non-refundable.

• Childcare bookings can be rescheduled if canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Merchandise

• Unworn, unused, Renu Fitness Club merchandise with tags still on, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

• All sale and clearance merchandise is final sale.

Events & Special Programs

• Event tickets, workshops, and special programs are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Renu Fitness Club, in which case a full refund will be issued.
